11:59pm Monday night before the meet.

Do I need to fill in an Meet Entry every week?
Yes, every week will have the specific strokes available on that club nights program.

Can I fill them out in advance if they are on the Swim Central?
Yes, this is a good idea.

Can I make changes to my Meet Entry?
Within Swim Central – you will need to request a refund to the events entered.
Once the refund has been processed (please allow 24 hours), you can resubmit your entry. Full details on this process can be found at the below link:

Send an email to racesecretaryrdsc@gmail.com

Yes, it is easier to take you out of a race after the program has been completed as there are NO LATE ENTRIES.

Where can I find information about the entry process in Swim Central?
Check out the documentation at https://support.swimming.org.au/hc/en-us/articles/360002105435-How-to-Enter-a-Meet

Note: This document references an entry fee, but there is no entry fee for Club Night for Dolphins Swimmers.

I’m a second claim member and Swim Central is asking me to confirm my primary membership?
For the purposes of registering for Club Night on SwimCentral, you will need to change your primary club to Riverstone Dolphins. Once you have submitted your entries, you can then switch back to your original primary club.

I don’t see the 12.5m BBB list for entry on Swim Central?
Swim Central will only show this race as being a 12.5m Breaststroke event. Rest assured, this race will be run as a BBB (Backstroke, Breaststroke, Butterfly) on the night so please sign you little Dolphins up if they want to give one of these strokes a go.
